Flood investigates fake signature

Lawyers for the Flood Tribunal have told the inquiry that they are currently investigating a suspected forgery of property documents.

The Tribunal has confirmed that two signatures for auctioneer, John Finnegan appeared on a transfer of interest’s documents.
