Former Labour TD Michael Moynihan dies

Former Labour deputy Michael Moynihan has died.

The 84-year-old was a TD for Kerry South during the 1980s and early 1990s.

He also served as a Minister of State at the Department of Trade, Commerce and Tourism.

He is survived by his wife Mai, his three sons and two daughters, including sitting Labour Deputy Breda Moynihan-Cronin.
