Brennan fails to produce documents to Flood Tribunal

The building developer, Tom Brennan has failed to provide the requested documents at the Flood Tribunal today.

Mr Brennan had been asked to provide documentation relating to a trust that is based in the Isle of Man before 10.30am or face the threat of High Court action.

The counsel for the Tribunal, Mr Patrick Hanratty says that it is highly unlikely that a trustee of a trust could not obtain the necessary documentation.

Mr Brennan maintains that he is not allowed access to the files the Tribunal have requested and the best he can provide are copies of parts of the documents.

Mr Justice Flood is expected to make a ruling shortly on what has been described as a breach of a tribunal order.
