Tom Brennan given deadline by Flood Tribunal

The builder, Tom Brennan may face a High Court action today if he fails to provide the necessary documentation to the planning tribunal before 10.30am.

Mr Justice Flood was told yesterday that Mr Brennan could not obtain the documents in the Isle of Man last Monday because poor weather conditions had prevented his flight from landing.
