A Ryanair airline flight from Faro, Portugal, to Dublin, has been diverted to a Spanish airport after a bomb warning.

A Ryanair airline flight from Faro, Portugal, to Dublin, has been diverted to a Spanish airport after a bomb warning.

The jet touched down safely in Santiago, Spain, with 187 passengers and crew, but nothing was found after a detailed search.

The diversion was made soon after the aircraft left Faro, when the captain was told there was a bomb on board.
