Taxi unions dismiss service improvements

The National Taxi Drivers Union has claimed that de-regulation has not brought any significant improvement to the taxi service.

A survey carried out by Trinity College shows that the service in Dublin is uneven, with waiting periods at peak times of over 90 minutes.
