Flood to examine construction of Burke's home
The Flood Tribunal resumes at Dublin Castle today after a lengthy adjournment to study further documents.
It will hear details of the construction of Ray Burke's former home in Swords, Co Dublin in 1973.
The inquiry is anxious to find out more about his relationship with Oakpark Developments, which was controlled by Joe Brennan and Tom McGowan.
Both men have confirmed that they gave donations to the former Justice Minister.
Today will also be the first time the tribunal has sat since Mr Justice Flood's call for more resources last week, which was accompanied by a warning that it would take him two years to plough through the workload if left alone.
