Court to hear case on legality of Nigerian doctor's detention

The High Court will hear a legal challenge to the detention of a Nigerian doctor on Wednesday afternoon next.

Doctor Grant Oyeye, who has enrolled for a course at the Royal College of Surgeons, has been detained in Mountjoy Prison for the last six nights. An application for bail will also be made on Wednesday next.
