Labour backs Flood call for more resources
The Labour Party has said the Oireachtas must respond positively to a request for more resources from Planning Tribunal chairman Mr Justice Flood.
The chairman has called for two more members to be appointed to the inquiry.
Labour deputy leader, Brendan Howlin, said that while an interim report was due from Mr Justice Flood in September, the judge has already indicated that he has at least two years more work to do if he is left to deal with the issues by himself.
