Internal divisions hit Irish Red Cross

Divisions have reportedly emerged within the Irish Red Cross, where staff are believed to have told an internal inquiry that the organisation is "inefficient, undemocratic and overly political".

Newspaper reports today claim that the three-year strategic plan shows falling membership and a decline in the number and scale of projects being carried out.
