North to recommence food exporting

The North has once again been granted regionalisation status, which means that the exporting of livestock and foodstuffs can recommence after the outbreak of the foot and mouth disease.

The Minister for Agriculture in the Northern Assembly, Brid Rodgers, has welcomed the decision as excellent news.
