The republican movement confirmed today that four meetings had taken place with General de Chastelain’s decommissioning body but said the arms issue would not be settled on British terms.

Speaking to BBC’s Radio Ulster this morning, DUP leader Ian Paisley said the IRA are yet again playing the blame game and doing nothing to enhance progress.
