A three-year-old boy has died in a farming accident in Co Tipperary.

A three-year-old boy has died in a farming accident in Co Tipperary.

The boy, whose name will not be released until all relatives have been informed, was rushed to Our Lady’s General Hospital in Cashel where he was pronounced dead on arrival.
