The Ansbacher bank is to consider whether to appeal a Grand Court ruling in the Cayman Islands last night that identities of their Irish account holders cannot be released.

The Ansbacher bank is to consider whether to appeal a Grand Court ruling in the Cayman Islands last night that identities of their Irish account holders cannot be released.

The court decided that while the bank can co-operate with Irish High Court inspectors, the names of account holders must remain secret.
