Dublin Castle hears of Burke payment transfer

The Planning and Payments Tribunal at Dublin Castle has heard evidence from a solicitor based in the Channel Islands about payments to a Ray Burke company.

Simon Howard was questioned at length today about a payment of £35,000 that was transferred from a Ray Burke account in London to a bank in Jersey.
