Bill Clinton to give major lecture

Bill Clinton is due to get down to the more serious business of his five-day visit tonight at Trinity College.

He will deliver the eighth annual Independent Lecture, delivered on previous occasions by luminaries such as Nelson Mandela and Henry Kissinger.
