The Flood Tribunal has been told that a portion of a land mortgage, taken out in 1984, ended up in a Ray Burke company account in the Channel Islands.

The Tribunal heard that a company controlled by Brennan and McGowan Builders took out a mortgage for land in England which was ultimately never purchased.
