Iarnrod Eireann set to sue union

Peace talks between Iarnrod Eireann and striking train drivers are under renewed pressure as the rail company is set to press ahead with legal action against the ATGWU.

The rail company is sueing the union for £500,000 in lost revenue following last week's three day strike by train drivers.
