Inquiry presents a challenge to Blair, says McGuinness

Senior Sinn Fein figure Martin McGuinness today claimed that a new turn of events at Derry’s Bloody Sunday inquiry added up to a ‘‘real challenge’’ for Prime Minister Tony Blair.

Mr McGuinness was in Dublin today with a high-powered Sinn Fein delegation for talks about the Northern Ireland peace process with Taoiseach Bertie Ahern.
