Future to be decided of Government challenge

A decision is expected from the High Court today on whether a Limerick university lecturer can take proceedings against the Government, challenging its savings incentive scheme.

Denis Riordan said the scheme is unfair and unjust and describes it as an "invidious form of discrimination".
