Ireland's technology industry has received a welcome boost with the news that Aspect Software in Dublin is to create 80 new jobs.

Ireland's technology industry has received a welcome boost with the news that Aspect Software in Dublin is to create 80 new jobs.

The company, which provides software applications to the banking and insurance industry, currently employs 30 people.

It will increase its workforce to 110 over the next two years.
