Tragic end to holiday for Northern family

Doctors have today told the parents of a three-year-old child from the North that she is paralysed following a hit-and-run accident in Spain.

Phoebe Lyle from Bangor is in a coma since being struck by a car while on holidays with her parents in northern Spain at the beginning of Easter week.
