North Louth exclusion zone to end at midnight
The exclusion zone around north Co Louth is to be lifted at midnight tonight.
The 10km restricted area was put in place after the State's only confirmed foot-and-mouth case so far was discovered on a farm in Proleek.
Mobile patrols will continue to operate in the Cooley Peninsula.
Meanwhile, tests on a suspect case from a farm in Dunleer have returned negative as expected.
