Abbeylara inquiry visits site of shooting

The all-party Oireachtas committee formed to investigate the death of John Carthy in Abbeylara, Co Longford last year has visited the scene where he was killed.

The committee, led by chairman Deputy Sean Ardagh, conducted a half hour briefing of the area where Mr Carthy was shot dead.
