Taoiseach criticises use of new bullets

The Taoiseach has criticised the introduction of a new type of plastic bullets in the North.

Mr Ahern said he believes the introduction of the new bullets does not comply with the recommendations of the Patten report, which recommends a complete ban on the use of rubber bullets.
