Shots fired overnight in Limerick

Gardai in Limerick are investigating two shooting incidents in the city in the early hours of this morning.

Shots were fired at two houses in the same estate within minutes of each other at Sarsfield Gardens in Moyross at 2.15am.

A lone gunman is believed to have been behind both attacks.

No one was injured.
