Ethics committee called for after double jobbing relevations

There are calls for the establishment of an ethics committee to advise city and county managers following revelations that some of them have been double jobbing.

Fine Gael TD Gay Mitchell says the existing guidelines are far too general but that the vast majority of public servants do their jobs with absolute integrity.
