The Minister for the Environment and Local Government is to reveal today the findings of an investigation into alleged double-jobbing by local authority staff.

County and city managers across the country were asked by Minister Noel Dempsey in January to probe claims that staff in county councils were engaging in outside work that affected their official roles.
