Three held over Belfast pensioner death

The RUC is questioning three men about the recent death of a pensioner.

68-year-old Lawrence Flanagan's body was found yesterday with head and face injuries at the bottom of a flight of stairs.

It is believed he had been dead for days before his remains were discovered.

There were signs of forced entry at the back of the house at South Parade, off the Ormeau Road.
