Meath suspected foot-and-mouth case 'not high risk'
The Minister for Agriculture says a suspected case of foot-and-mouth in Co
Meath is not a high-risk case.
It has emerged there has been a delay in sending the sample from "Irish Country Meats" in Navan to England for tests, due to the Aer Lingus dispute.
However, Minister Joe Walsh says the checks are purely precautionary.
