Cooper-Flynn 'must leave FF if appeal fails'
A Cork Fianna Fail TD has said Beverly Cooper-Flynn's position with the
party would be untenable if she loses an appeal against the High Court costs
ruling against her yesterday.
She has the option of appealing to the Supreme Court against the estimated £2m bill, but has not indicated whether or not she will do so.
Deputy Noel O'Flynn said there would be no place in the party for Ms Cooper-Flynn if she loses her appeal.
Party leader Bertie Ahern has refused to comment on the issue until a decision on the appeal is made.
