Negative result for suspected FMD case in North Louth

Foot-and-mouth disease tests carried out on animals at Piedmont in North Co Louth, have returned fully clear.

The Department of Agriculture received the tests this evening.

The tests carried out on animals in Bunclody, Co Wexford have also proven negative.
