Gardai name Limerick accident victim

The man who died in an overnight road traffic accident in Co Limerick last night has been named as 29-year-old Anthony Cooke from Lisnagry, Co Limerick.

He was the driver of a car which was involved in a head-on collision with another car at Daly's Cross on the main Limerick-Dublin road.

Four men travelling in the other car were taken to hospital, where three of them are in a serious condition.
