FMD animals' burial site row unresolved

Talks about where the bodies of culled border sheep will be buried have failed to resolve the issue.

The North's Department of Agriculture says the animals must be killed soon to encourage the EU to lift its export embargo on April 3, but farmers do not want burial pits dug in a conservation area.
