Five band members in court again
Two members of the British boyband Five will appear again before Dublin District Court, charged in relation to a fight at a pub in the capital late last year.
Jason Brown, 23, and 21-year-old Richard Dobson are charged with being drunk and disorderly and using abusive and threatening language at the Palace Bar in Temple Bar on December 20.
Mr Brown is also facing an assault charge for an alleged attack on a Dublin man, during which he suffered facial injuries.
On their last appearance in court, counsel for the two men, Peter Charleton SC, asked the judge to set a date for trial for Mr Brown, but said in the case of Mr Dobson, evidence will not be necessary.
The pair have been on bail since the alleged incident and today's hearing is expected to last about an hour.
