Evidence concludes in libel case
The presentation of evidence in the Beverly Cooper-Flynn trial has ended.
A key witness in the trial, Marina Howard, told the court today that she feared she would be sued for telling the truth after appearing on RTE in 1998.
Ms Howard is the daughter of James Howard, the retired Co Meath farmer who is being sued along with RTE by Ms Cooper-Flynn.
Closing legal submissions by both sides are due to begin next Tuesday.
