Chinese fire couple were strangled to death

A post mortem on the bodies of the Chinese couple whose bodies were found in their burnt-out bedroom has revealed that they were strangled to death.

Gardai have ruled out a racist motive and area appealing for anyone with information to come forward.

A person is believed to have been seen running from the scene in Dublin's Blackhall Place flats after the fire broke out at about 1am yesterday.
