Minibus accident in Roscommon

Eleven secondary school pupils and their driver all from Co Roscommon escaped with minor injuries after the minibus they were travelling in collided with a car just outside Roscommon town this evening.

The pupils and the driver were all brought to the nearby Roscommon County Hospital but none were seriously injured and none are to be kept in over night.
