IRA should lift Bloody Sunday evidence ban: McCann

The Derry writer and journalist, Eamon McCann, has urged the IRA army council to lift its ban on members giving evidence to the Bloody Sunday Tribunal.

Mr McCann told the Saville Inquiry into the shootings that he believed the Official IRA should have come forward to give evidence much earlier and the Provisional IRA should do so now.
