Aer Lingus offer refunds to passengers over foot and mouth

Aer Lingus are implementing new measures as part of the effort to prevent the spread of foot and mouth.

Passengers who want to defer or cancel flights to the UK will be offered a full refund and new department of agriculture announcements are being made onboard.
