Ahern rules out immediate peace breakthrough

Taoiseach Bertie Ahern said he does not think there would be an immediate breakthrough in the Northern Ireland peace process.

He told the Dail this afternoon that round-table discussions might not be worthwhile in the absence of "more moves" by the parties involved.
