Flood Tribunal adjourned for the day

Justice Fergus Flood has adjourned the Planning and Payments Tribunal until tomorrow morning.

He will consider legal argument over the Inquiry's terms of reference.

Counsel for Ray Burke told the Tribunal it was unfair to question the former Minister's personal finances as no allegations in this area have been made.

The Tribunal will reconvene tomorrow morning.
