Burke had offshore accounts - tribunal

The Flood Tribunal has been told that Ray Burke had offshore bank accounts in the Isle of Man, London and Jersey.

The tribunal was told that drafts to move money from these accounts were signed in the name of Patrick Burke. Earlier, the former Justice Minister rejected allegations that he received £60,000 in a sports bag 15 years ago.
