Dept of Agriculture begins investigation

The Department of Agriculture has confirmed that an investigation is underway after the outbreak of foot and mouth disease in Britain.

They are looking into the possibility that a lorry which previously transported animals to the abattoir at the centre of Britain's foot and mouth scare may also have been here.
