BBC and Daily Mail Omagh contempt case heard today

The contempt of court case against the BBC and Daily Mail being brought by the man accused of involvement in the Omagh bombing resumes this morning at the Special Criminal Court.

Colm Murphy says a Panorama programme broadcast on BBC1, and a subsequent report in the Daily Mail, would prevent him from receiving a fair trial.
