Executive in doubt following ruling on Trimble ban

The future of the Stormont Executive has again been thrown into doubt following a verdict by a High Court judge this morning against David Trimble's ban on Sinn Fein ministers.

Mr Justice Kerr ruled in Belfast that the First Minister's decision to bar Bairbre de Brun and Martin McGuinness from North-South meetings because of lack of IRA decommissioning is unlawful.
