Moldovan Mountjoy case heard tonight

The High Court will judge this evening in the case of 19 Moldovan immigrants held in custody at Mountjoy Prison since Sunday.

Officials prevented the group from entering the country because their promised job offers had fallen through, although they have since been offered alternative employment.
