Aer Lingus crew prepare to ballot

A ballot of Aer Lingus cabin crew gets underway later today to decide if they should accept a new pay deal.

Cabin crew at Dublin, Cork, Shannon and Heathrow airports will be balloted, with management calling on staff to accept the pay award.
