DUP leader Ian Paisley has claimed that the British Government is turning a blind eye to an escalating number of punishment shootings and beatings in the North.

Speaking at Stormont today, Ian Paisley said that, in their anxiety to cover up for the actions of both republicans and loyalists involved in punishment attacks, British ministers were ignoring the facts.
