"Jobs market resembles arms race" - SFA

The director of the Small Firms Association has likened employers' attempts to keep staff in the current Irish labour market to the arms race - expensive to play and impossible to win.

Pat Delaney said it is becoming increasingly difficult for his association's members to hold on to employees, with many suffering financial problems as a result.
